One reason personal pan pizzas are popular is because of portion control. And who can resist this cute little iron skillet? Pizza has always been one of my favorite foods, especially on weekends. Luckily there are many ways to enjoy great tasting pizza on Keto. This recipe is super easy and fun for any day of the week!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup Marinara sauce
- Toppings of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 6-inch iron skillet or oven safe pan.
- In a small bowl thoroughly mix together both cheeses, egg and seasoning.
- Evenly press ingredients into skillet. Bake crust for 15-20 minutes or until browned around the edges and done in the center.
- Top crust with marinara sauce and favorite toppings. Bake for 5-10 minutes.
